We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to run the Site, respond to you, and fulfil orders.
To reply to your messages, review submissions, send the newsletter (only if you opted in), process and ship orders, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate — for example Shopify (store & checkout), our print/fulfilment partner (Tapstitch), and our email provider — and only as needed to perform those services, or where required by law.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in any email. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information — email ruyirecords@gmail.comand we’ll honour applicable requests.
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation or security, or attempt to access it in any way other than through the interface we provide.
All content on the Site — including the Ruyi Records name, logos, artwork, photography, video, product designs, and text — is owned by Ruyi Records or its licensors and artists and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our prior written permission.
If you send us demos, ideas, or other materials through the Site, you confirm you have the right to do so and grant us permission to review them. Please do not send confidential information or material that infringes anyone’s rights.
Product descriptions, availability, and prices may change and may occasionally contain errors. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we may accept or decline it, and we may correct pricing errors or cancel and refund an order (for example, if an item is mispriced or unavailable). Checkout and payment are handled by Shopify and are subject to Shopify’s terms in addition to ours.
The Site links to third-party services (such as Shopify checkout, partner sites, and social platforms). We are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with that law. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Site means you accept the updated version.
Our items are made to order (print-on-demand). Because each piece is produced specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong size or color. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before you order.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at ruyirecords@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the item or issue a refund — at our discretion — at no extra cost to you.
Because production begins quickly, we can only change or cancel an order before it enters production. Email us as soon as possible and we’ll help if it hasn’t yet started.
Fulfilment and shipping are handled through our print partner and Shopify. Production and delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. For lost or stolen packages, contact the carrier, and reach out to us so we can help where we can.
This policy works alongside the refund and shipping policies shown at Shopify checkout. Where they differ for a specific order, the policy presented to you at checkout for that order applies.
The Site and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ruyi Records disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Product photos, renders, and colors are shown as accurately as we can, but actual products may vary slightly due to your screen and the print process. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ruyi Records and its owners, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, or professional advice. If any part of these policies is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
